Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Such a clean, beautiful studio with friendly service. May was so patient with me in starting my tattoo removal process. I felt no pressure from her at all to book my first session. In fact, she encouraged me to make sure I really wanted to go through with it, which I appreciated a lot. I have only had one session of tattoo removal so far, but throughout my first treatment, May made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I don’t feel rushed in any aspect of the process and yet I am so excited for more treatments. I am overall astounded by the customer service at Reversal. Plus the malti-poo receptionist was a nice touch. Thank you!!!

I was never happy with my old microblading and had been apprehensive about doing anything about it until I visited Reversal Laser Studio. I'm so grateful for all of the personalized attention and care I received there.May was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was very patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure. She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly kind and supportive. I could tell she was genuinely excited for the results, which has me feeling confident and optimistic.

Six years ago l had got a set of brows. These brows ended up being the worst thing l had ever done. Number one they were too dark and they were also too deep. Making them turn a blue gray color.The only thing l am sorry about is that l did not go see May sooner then l did. She is very professional and did an amazing job. We talked longer than the treatment took. The best thing is l have had no down time. In six weeks l will know if l need another appointment. I totally trust May will make the right decision going forward.This clinic is also very clean and offers many services. I totally recommend Reversal Laser and Tattoo Removal

My visits to Reversal Laser & Tattoo Removal have always been a good experience, May is wonderful and makes the hard process of getting my tattoo removed as pleasant as it can be, if you are looking to get a tattoo removed I highly recommend them, it’s a great atmosphere and professional experience. I still have sessions to go before the tattoo will be gone but it’s faded a lot in only a few sessions.

Went in last week for the start of microblading /powder brow removal. First off, I am from out of town and it was so nice not having to deal with downtown! Very easy to find and ample parking (my appointment was at 6pm). The studio was so dreamy and relaxing. Alex was welcoming and May was wonderful. You can tell she loves what she does. From the consultation to the procedure, she was lovely. Explained all the steps and everything to expect for future treatments down the road. Was very happy to have my very dark, blue toned eyebrows gone in one shot.

I had an excellent facial rejuvenation treatment at Reversal Laser & Tattoo Removal. Alex and May are so professional, and the process was smooth and comfortable. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter. The clinic is super clean, and the aftercare was simple to follow. Highly recommend for effective results!

I had the best experience at Reversal! Being 5 hours away from the clinic, I had many questions via email prior to booking - which they were very efficient replying back to me with answers. The clinic is extremely clean and the most beautiful I have ever been to. May and Alex are wonderful and it was a joy to meet them. May was also kind enough to sit with me after my laser session and answer more questions I had about their lasers. Not to mention my session went perfectly and I am thrilled with my results!!! 10/10 recommend! I would drive back just to see them again in a heartbeat!
